ABOUT THE AUTHOR 
TRISHA MANDES, MPHN, NUTRITIONIST AND WEIGHT LOSS COACH
Trisha Mandes, MPHN has dedicated the last decade to helping people eat optimally in an effective, enjoyable and MAINTAINABLE way to get smaller bellies, prevent and reverse disease when possible, all without eating less or counting calories.  She's a former Lead Nutritionist at the University of South Carolina where she led a dietary inflammation management study.  She currently runs an online weight loss and health improvement coaching program for women who have 75+ pounds to lose but can't exercise.
